East Coast HDT Rally

2022 East Coast HDT Rally

The 2022 East Coast Rally will be held April 23-30, 2022 at Deer Run RV Resort in Crossville, Tennessee. The rally will be a mix of informative seminars along with social events introducing folks to the world of Heavy Duty Trucks to pull campers.

Deer Run is a very nice, 200-acre park with a 25-acre lake, approximately 6 miles north of Interstate 40 at exit 322. All of the rally sites are level, gravel sites, large enough to accommodate HDTs, and many are elevated, with deck railings and lake views. There are also 3 cabins available in the rally area. While the 2022 East Coast Heavy Duty Truck Rally runs from April 23-30, you are welcome to reserve your site/cabin as needed both before and after the rally.

Registration

Registration opened on January 1, 2022 at noon CST. Click here to register.

Campground Reservations

Registration for the rally is separate from registration for a camping site which must be made by calling Deer Run RV Resort. Note that you will probably be placed on a waiting list rather than assigned a site until number of attendees and special needs can be sorted out by Deer Run staff. Also note the organizers of the Rally have NO control over assignment of sites or any deposits, refunds, or rules of the Resort. Please be sure you understand all the above before registering with Deer Run.

Rally T-Shirts

T-Shirts will be back this year! For those that don’t plan attend this year, or plan to attend but need to cancel, we will be offering t-shirts shipped to you. The March 1 deadline to order will still be in effect, and they’ll be shipped out after the rally concludes. We’ll only charge actual shipping costs (typically $2-3), and you’ll receive a tracking link via e-mail.

COVID Precautions/Restrictions

Also please be known that attendance at the Rally implies that you have assessed the individual risk to yourselves of possible exposure to Covid-19 if it were to be present during the Rally and you are willing to accept those risks to yourselves and your family. We would also ask that anyone who would normally be quarantined for possible exposure and/or infection during the times of the rally NOT attend and risk others. The organizers will attempt to minimize any risks to the best of their abilities by certain measures which will be in place but again take no responsibility for illness. Refunds for the rally will be made up to one week prior to the rally if necessary. If t-shirts are ordered they must be pre-paid and non refundable. If you order t-shirts and are unable to attend, we will make arrangements to get yours to you after the end of the rally.

Most of the rally events are either outdoors or inside a loosely-enclosed tent. While the risk of any spread should be low, it is not zero. If at any point at or following the rally you begin to show symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you isolate and contact us as soon as possible. Given the nature of the rally schedule, with the technical seminars early in the week, we have some flexibility to cancel/reschedule events without significantly impacting the rally’s primary goals.

We ask for and appreciate your cooperation in making the 2022 rally a safe, educational, and fun event.
