ECR Registration Refund Policy
Full refund if requested 30 days or more prior to first day of rally. Refunds requested less than 30 days prior to first day of rally will incur a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds after rally starts. Refund of your rally fee does not affect your campsite or cabin reservation–you must contact Deer Run RV Resort to cancel and request refund, subject to Deer Run’s terms.
Reigistrants need to realize that some of our “expert” presenters have commercial ventures involving RV trailers, hitches, lights, heavy duty truck purchases, bed builds, as well as other ventures, however, we strive to present information in a non-biased, fair and balanced format. It is incumbent upon the registrant to research and make their own informed decisions regarding any information and products discussed. Our presenters are selected to give the most complete and up to date information on a given subject.
*Participation in the rally for a strictly commercial purpose (i.e. promotion or selling of a product) is discouraged and any registrant wishing to do such must first contact the rally organizers at email@example.com for approval prior to registration. The rally organizers at their sole discretion reserve the right to refuse participation in the rally either before or during if it is determined the registrant is attending for the sole purpose of promoting a commercial activity. If the determination occurs during the rally no monies for the registration fee will be returned. If before the rally the registration fee will be refunded.
Advertising of truck or trailer sales may be made at the rally by the display of a “for sale” sign in the windshield or taped to the trailer. No banners or signs are to be flown at the campsites. Advertisements of items may also be posted on the bulletin board in the event tent. Commercial Sponsors of the event (those paying either a fee or providing products for the benefit of the rally) will be allowed to fly a banner of advertisement in the event tent and may display a small banner at their product site if approved by the rally organizers. Use of “East Coast HDT Rally” in company advertisement to promote the sale of a product or service may not be used without the express consent of the rally organizers.
